New uses for gold = increased demand = $$$ higher prices 4 gold.
But more than that,gold is a magic substance,and nano~gold ushers amazing solutions helping to caretake & provide for Earth and all of its inhabitants now & in the future.

This article is about the magnificent advancements gold promises in cancer treatments.

I look deeper into the cancer of the atmosphere from the quote in the first paragraph:
"Gold nanoparticles, which can turn light into intense heat"
Combine the heating properties with the catylist power of gold and one can see nano gold suspended in the atmosphere shall one day be our savior.
STOPPING GLOBAL COOLING yes cooling,as cooling is a part of the poorly labeled "global warming" cycle.The early pioneers of global warming did not factor in & named the syndrome poorly in ignorance,science knows better now and what I speak of is documented,in theory.Global warming is only part of the picture & dramatic swings of cold and hot are earth natural cycles & our use of fossil fuels and other pollutants only make the process go haywire.[syntheticaly]
Global mood swings are a more apropriate term IMO.This can happen naturaly too as happens in volcanic activity poisoning the air causing ice ages.

This statement showing golds heating of light properties further backs up my theory that gold one day shall save planet earth from changing climate & poison air quality that many feel within there gut is a DANGEROUS burden mankind has put our progeny that many are in denial about because they need PROOF.Proof is always aloof and only a doof does not see carbon dioxide & monoxide levels have messed up our planets roof as smokestacks go poof & must be controled on a earthsize scale just as we do to our cars on a small scale.I have taken a woof of inner city air quality and my bones feel the stones blow,although others call me a goof,I know gold shall be vital in the effort to save our earth mother from the crimes of past & current industrial polluters that know & knew cleaner means to produce the products we demand & are addicted to,but instead opted for a quick buck,at the expense of the future herd!

Gold has brought us into the age of computers & shall usher in the age of earth caretaking that shall be our childrens greatest achivements reuniting human kind back to a loving & sharing relationship with mother earth!
OTHERWISE she shall abort us,for a mother cannot have poison in her blood/water and lungs/air and still be able to carry children forth.

This is some amazing stuff the chemical engineers at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln have created.

It is going to aid in cancer tumor removal,by letting the surgeon cut it all out & not leave any traces that can regrow and culture all over again.
Complete removal has always been a barrier to surgical removal as one cannot tell if the cancer is COMPLETELY removed.
One cancer cell left in a person can restart the who proccess of
"cells that cannot their growth off" to start back up,this often makes surgery a last resort,because if any is left in the body,it often spreads the condition due to little pieces getting into the bloodstream & traveling to other places.This technology soon shall aid "surgeons to tell by "touch" at the level of a single layer of cells whether or not they have excised a tumor in its entirety."

In another field ROBOTICS, this stuff shall give robots the ability to feel at levels not found with current engineering knowledge.

"touch sensitivity comparable to that of the human finger, about 50 times more sensitive than devices available today."

Currently robots sense things only thru cameras looking from many angles and then doing math to speculate from the many analyzed angles what is in front of them,this stuff shall give them actual sensory touch to their soon to be fingers.Combined with the existing visual data this new sense shall give them more accurate abilities.
