Buying Silver Rounds in Australia

Does anyone know where you can buy silver rounds in Australia.

I've only been able to find the Perth Mint as a source for one ounce silver coins but they charge quite a large margin above the spot price. I think they where selling silver kookaburra's for at least $24 when the silver spot price was $16. Buying a lot of them didn't seem to reduce the margin that much.

I'm wondering if there are any mints in Australia that sell silver rounds for a smaller margin above the spot silver price.

Or if its possible to buy silver rounds from mints in the US such as North West Territorial Mint and have the silver rounds shipped to Australia.
